   Scope

   This statement applies to all content under www.mokom01.com for which MOKOM 01 is responsible. The following are not within its scope:

   Status of compliance

   This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA and the EN 301 549 standard, owing to the exceptions listed under “Known limitations”.

   “Partially compliant” means that the essential requirements for structure, operability and comprehensibility are met, while individual elements do not yet fully meet the requirements.

1. 01

   Colour contrast of individual text

   Limitation

   Secondary note and label text in grey, colour-highlighted words in headings and text on coloured surfaces fall short of the required contrast ratio in places (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text). (WCAG 1.4.3, 1.4.11)

   Reason

   A deliberate design decision in favour of the brand colour scheme. The affected text is secondary; the core content provides sufficient contrast.

   Keyboard focus after page change

   Limitation

   During the animated page navigation, keyboard focus is not automatically moved to the new page content. (WCAG 2.4.3)

   A technical characteristic of the animated page transitions.

   Form feedback

   Limitation

   Success and error messages of the contact and booking forms are not automatically announced to assistive technologies. (WCAG 4.1.3)

   Limitation

   The language switcher in the navigation falls below the recommended minimum target size of 24×24 pixels. (WCAG 2.5.8)

   What is already compliant

   All other content assessed (semantic structure, heading hierarchy, keyboard operability, alternative text for images, form labelling, respect for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion) and the language markup of the pages) meets the requirements of WCAG 2.2 level AA according to our assessment.

   Preparation & methodology

   This statement was prepared on 6 June 2026. The assessment is based on a self-evaluation by MOKOM 01 — using the same review process we apply in our accessibility audits for clients:

   • —Automated testing with established tools (including axe-core, Lighthouse)
   • —Manual expert review of structure, keyboard operation, contrast and assistive accessibility

   This statement is reviewed and updated at least once a year and after every major website release.

   Enforcement procedure

   If you have not received a satisfactory response within four weeks of contacting our feedback service, you can turn to the competent market surveillance authority.

   Market surveillance for the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) is carried out in Germany by the competent authority of the respective federal state. The Federal Agency for Accessibility provides an overview of the market surveillance bodies and further information:

   Our commitment

   Accessibility is not a mere compliance topic for us but part of our professional identity. MOKOM 01 supports companies in implementing the Accessibility Strengthening Act. We apply the same standards to our own website. This includes naming deviations openly and remedying them continuously.

   Language versions

   This statement is initially available in German and English. A French version is in preparation. In the event of discrepancies between the language versions, the German version prevails.
