Founder-led since 2006, no parent group, no investor structures. Decisions happen in-house, not in conference calls with a corporate parent. When we commit to a salary adjustment, release a learning budget or order equipment, it happens in days, not in quarters.
PHP legacy and AI future on the same team.
We have maintained enterprise platforms on TYPO3, Drupal and Laravel for over a decade and at the same time we build new projects in TypeScript, Next.js and with Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT. People who work here get to know both worlds. If you only want to work in one of them, this is not the right place.
Seniors on the project, not in the pitch.
The same people who sit in the first conversation also sit in concept work and ongoing operations. No pitch team that disappears after the contract. No handover to juniors. For you, that means: you work with experienced colleagues, not in parallel to them.

Three areas, seven positions.

Four permanent positions, three internships. Frankfurt, Quakenbrück or up to 100 % remote (internships up to 60 %). All positions available immediately. We start as soon as you are ready.

Project management & consulting

You run projects, translate between clients and team, keep budget and quality on track. Three profiles from entry level to senior role.

Concept & design

You design digital brand experiences from first sketch to frontend. Permanent position and internship.

Development

You work on the legacy stack (PHP, TYPO3, Drupal, Laravel) and on new projects (TypeScript, Next.js, LLM integration). Permanent position and internship.

Up to 100 % remote for permanent positions.
Internships up to 60 % remote. On-site is possible, not required. Core hours for shared meetings 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., otherwise you shape your day yourself.
Learning budget per person and year.
Conference, book, course, certification. You decide, we pay.
High-end equipment, your choice.
Hardware and software without approval loops. Macbook Pro, external monitors, Adobe licences, JetBrains, whatever you need. We buy, you work.
Fair salary with transparency.
We share the salary range openly in the first conversation. No tactical negotiation games. Company pension scheme. Overtime is balanced, not ignored.
Flat hierarchies with short paths to management.

First review within seven business days.
You get a reply: either an invitation to talk or a polite, reasoned no. No silence, no standard phrases, no weeks of waiting.
A conversation (60–90 minutes).
In person in Frankfurt or Quakenbrück, or via video call. We want to understand how you work and think. Not whether you can recite buzzwords. You meet two people: your future team lead and management or HR. We discuss the salary range openly, at the first meeting.
Paid trial day, case study or a direct yes.
For senior roles, optionally a paid trial day or a small case study with a real connection to the position. For internships, the conversation is usually enough. A decision follows within a week of the last meeting. In writing, with a draft contract and an onboarding plan.
What we do with your data
We process your application data solely for handling your application (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR, § 26 BDSG). We delete data from rejected applications no later than six months after the procedure ends. If you would like to join our talent pool, for example because no matching position is currently open, we explicitly ask for your consent first. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
