   The challenge

   We start with a digital baseline analysis: existing systems, processes, teams and budgets are assessed. Not in isolation, but in context. From this we develop a digital strategy with a concrete roadmap, prioritised by impact and feasibility. AI potential is assessed systematically, not as an appendix, but as an integral part of the planning.

   For the actual implementation (whether enterprise platform, custom application or AI integration) the same team that developed the strategy continues the work. Billing is fixed-price or time and materials, depending on project scope.
