Role and tasks

   About the role

   From day one you work on real client projects. Not in an intern bubble. You support project management and consulting, learn strategy and concept work from experienced colleagues, and take on your own tasks as soon as you are ready. We treat interns like colleagues, with real tasks, real responsibility and real feedback. What this internship is not: copy room, coffee kitchen, filling in timesheets without insight. You sit in meetings, you write your own concepts, you take on responsibility.

   Your responsibilities

   —

   Support planning, delivery and steering of digital projects.

   —

   Contribute actively to strategies, concepts, briefs and presentations.

   —

   Take over project controlling with evaluations and recommendations.

   —

   Learn modern CMS, marketing and analytics tools.

   —

   After the first weeks, take on your own tasks with clear ownership.

Profile and benefits

   What you bring

   Required

   —

   Active studies (mandatory or voluntary internship) or at least one year of first work experience.

   —

   Basic knowledge of digital project management. At least at university level.

   —

   Good organisation and clear communication.

   —

   Interest in web and app development, digital business models and client work.

   —

   German very good, English good.

   —

   At least six months available.

   Nice to have

   —

   First experience with Jira, Trello, Asana or Notion.

   —

   Own projects (university work, club, side job) with visible ownership.

   —

   First exposure to AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in studies or work.

Onboarding and application

   How we onboard you

   In your first two weeks you get to know team, clients, tools and projects. From week three you work as part of a project team with a clear mentor. After eight to twelve weeks you take on your first own sub-projects. Career path: joining as Junior PM after a successful internship is explicitly the goal. We prefer to fill open positions from within.
