Role and tasks

   About the role

   You plan, steer and deliver digital projects. Usually two to four in parallel. You work directly with clients, translate between their needs and our team, and keep budget, schedule and quality on track. Concept work is part of the job, not just status updates and tickets. What this role is not: pure ticket management. We expect you to think with us: to sharpen concepts, challenge wireframes, advise clients with your own point of view.

   Your responsibilities

   —

   Plan, deliver and steer digital projects in direct contact with clients.

   —

   Manage resources, budget and schedule across the full project lifetime.

   —

   Develop strategies, concepts, briefs and presentations. Together with design and development.

   —

   Run project controlling including evaluations, analyses and recommendations.

   —

   Advise and care for your clients continuously. Also between project phases.

   —

   Take co-responsibility for developing our project management standards further.

Profile and benefits

   What you bring

   Required

   —

   At least three years of experience in digital project management, ideally in an agency.

   —

   Degree in communications, business, marketing or comparable practice.

   —

   Self-directed, analytical, process-minded work style.

   —

   Hands-on experience with project management tools, ideally Jira and Confluence.

   —

   Basic understanding of current web technologies, CMS and analytics systems.

   —

   German business fluent, English fluent.

   Nice to have

   —

   Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and/or classical waterfall. We mix pragmatically.

   —

   Hands-on experience with HubSpot, n8n or Make.

   —

   Industry knowledge in one of our focus areas (automotive, FMCG, facility services, manufacturing).

   —

   First experience with AI-supported workflows (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) in daily project work.

Onboarding and application

   How we onboard you

   In your first 30 days you shadow a senior PM on running projects and get to know our tools. After 60 days you take on a smaller project of your own with mentoring in the background. After 90 days you run two to three projects in parallel. Career path: Senior PM → Lead PM → account ownership.
