Role and tasks

   About the role

   You work on real client projects, from first sketch to frontend. You learn from experienced colleagues, take on your own tasks as soon as you are ready, and get feedback that moves you forward. We treat interns like colleagues, with real tasks, real responsibility and real feedback. What this internship is not: a mood board appendage to the senior team. You contribute to production designs, your output lands in the final project.

   Your responsibilities

   —

   Support ideation, concept and delivery of digital solutions.

   —

   Contribute to brand experiences and user experience. From wireframe to UI.

   —

   Contribute to strategies, concepts, briefs and presentations.

   —

   Implement storyboards and prototypes in Figma.

   —

   Try yourself at frontend delivery in HTML5, SCSS/CSS and JavaScript. Happily with guidance.

Profile and benefits

   What you bring

   Required

   —

   Active design studies or comparable education, or at least one year of first work experience.

   —

   First portfolio pieces (own university projects, side jobs, voluntary work).

   —

   Basic knowledge of Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Cloud (an advantage).

   —

   First exposure to frontend (HTML/CSS at a basic level).

   —

   Curiosity for web and app development, design systems and accessibility.

   —

   German very good, English good.

   —

   At least six months available.

   Nice to have

   —

   First experience with motion design or prototyping animation.

   —

   Your own designed website or your own digital projects.

   —

   First exposure to AI-supported design (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion).

Onboarding and application

   How we onboard you

   First two weeks: onboarding into team, tools, running projects. From week three you work on a project with a clear senior mentor. After eight to twelve weeks you deliver your own design pieces that feed into the project. Career path: Junior UX/UI Designer after a successful internship.
