   A content estate grown over years sat in an architecture no one could maintain.

   Approvals ran across departments, communications and IT. With no system behind them.

   The relaunch could not interrupt the association's communication for a single day.

   Solution

   The departments maintain their content themselves today, without technical support. Rather than a rigid association website, we built a content system on TYPO3: reusable elements that topic pages and landing pages are assembled from, and role and permission management that mirrors the association's approval paths. Editorial, departments and IT now work on one platform.
